No. As of September 2, 2026, USPS has not issued an official Donald Trump Forever stamp. USPS’s current subject-selection rules also say that living people are not considered for U.S. postage stamps. Products described as “Trump Forever stamps” should therefore be checked carefully: they may be decorative labels, personalized photo products, foreign postage, souvenir covers or altered images rather than valid U.S. postage.
Why an official issue is not currently possible
The USPS Citizens’ Stamp Advisory Committee recommends subjects and the Postmaster General makes the final selections. The current criteria exclude living people. They also state that a memorial stamp honoring a U.S. president is issued after that president is deceased. Donald Trump is living, so an official USPS commemorative stamp bearing his portrait does not fit the present rules.

How to verify an alleged official stamp
- Ask for the exact issue name, year, USPS item number and original format.
- Search the USPS newsroom and Postal Bulletin for an official stamp announcement.
- Compare the design, format and printer details with the announcement, not only with a marketplace photograph.
- Check the issuing country. A real foreign stamp is still not U.S. postage.
- If the listing relies on phrases such as “commemorative collectible” but provides no USPS issue record, do not treat it as a Forever stamp.
Could USPS issue one later?
USPS rules and future stamp programs can change, but a proposal is not an issue announcement. Under the current criteria, subjects are planned years in advance, living people are not considered and presidential memorial stamps are issued after death. Recheck USPS directly if a future claim appears.
