When one Global Forever stamp is not enough
Additional postage can be required for heavier letters, flats, nonmachinable pieces, or services and destinations outside the base category. For example, the 2026 two-ounce letter price differs by country price group. Measure and weigh the finished piece before mailing.
Can ordinary Forever stamps pay international postage?
Yes, valid domestic Forever stamps can be combined at their current postal value to meet an international total, but the full amount must be paid. The simplest combination is not always the one with the least overpayment.
