Forever Stamp Books
Winter Woodland Animals Forever Stamps
Forever stamp books group self-adhesive stamps in a booklet format. Browse the product grid above by design, number of booklets, stamps per booklet, and total stamps in the retail listing. “Book” describes packaging; it does not guarantee one universal count.
Booklet Count and Listing Count Are Different
A product can contain one booklet or a multi-booklet bundle. For example, the 100-stamp Dahlias listing contains five booklets of 20. Other listings can use different totals. Always check both the multiplication shown in the description and the final stamp count.
Book vs Sheet vs Roll
| Format | Typical handling | What the listing must state |
|---|---|---|
| Book or booklet | Compact folded or booklet presentation | Booklets included, stamps per booklet, total stamps |
| Sheet or pane | Stamps held together on a flat backing | Sheets included, stamps per sheet, total stamps |
| Roll or coil | Continuous coil for frequent access or a dispenser | Coils included and total stamp count |
Packaging does not change the postage value of an individual ordinary Forever stamp. See the complete Forever stamp book guide, compare roll options, or use the roll price and quantity guide.
Calculate Postage Value Separately from Retail Price
To calculate the postage value represented by a listing, multiply its total number of ordinary Forever stamps by the current one-ounce letter rate. As of July 12, 2026, that rate is 82 cents, so 100 ordinary Forever stamps represent $82 in postage value. The store's selling price is displayed separately on the product page and can differ from postage value.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many stamps are in a Forever stamp book?
A 20-stamp booklet is common, but book formats and retail bundles are not universal. Check the specific product page for booklets included, stamps per booklet, and total stamps.
Does every listing contain one booklet?
No. A listing may contain one booklet or several. The exact multiplication and total should be stated in the product description.
Is a stamp book the same as a sheet?
No. Both hold multiple stamps, but a booklet and a flat sheet or pane are different physical formats. Verify the packaging shown in the listing.
Do stamps in books expire?
Unused, valid ordinary Forever stamps do not lose their one-ounce letter-rate value because the booklet is old or the rate increases.
How is the total postage value calculated?
Multiply the total number of ordinary Forever stamps by the current one-ounce First-Class Mail letter rate. Keep that result separate from the retailer's selling price.
