What the design communicates
Healthcare-related icons form the words “thank you.” USPS presented the issue as a tribute to healthcare and public-health workers. That official explanation supports the design meaning; it does not support invented descriptions of audience reactions or claims of personal attendance.
Ways to use the stamp
The design can fit thank-you notes, workplace recognition, community-health correspondence and ordinary personal mail. Each stamp follows the current ordinary Forever value, but the finished envelope must still meet First-Class Mail size, weight, shape and machinability rules.
