Are Celebrate stamps Forever stamps?

Products in this collection should show “Forever” as the postage value. An ordinary Forever stamp covers the current one-ounce domestic First-Class Mail letter rate when the finished envelope meets letter standards. The design does not change the postage value. Postcard-rate, Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, and printed-denomination stamps belong to different postage categories and are not included as ordinary Forever products here.

Check the finished mailing

A heavier, rigid, square, unusually thick, or nonmachinable card may need additional postage. Assemble and weigh one complete sample before mailing a batch. Use the Forever stamp calculator and postage guide when the envelope may exceed the basic one-ounce letter rules.
