Description

This listing is for genuine USPS Lunar New Year: Year of the Dragon Forever stamps issued in 2024. USPS released the single dragon-mask design in an original pane of 20. The current 100-stamp retail quantity equals five complete original panes; check the live product price and stock shown above before ordering.

The Dragon-Mask Design

The artwork is a contemporary three-dimensional paper dragon mask inspired by the decorated masks used in Lunar New Year dragon and lion dances. Gold represents prosperity and red represents luck. Gold and purple foil details extend across the pane, while illustrations of all 12 zodiac animals appear in the selvage.

This is the fifth issue in the current USPS Lunar New Year series. It should not be confused with the separate 2024 Dungeons & Dragons Forever stamp pane, which has a fantasy-gaming subject and ten different designs.

Format: USPS Pane vs. This Retail Quantity

USPS manufactured the issue in panes of 20 and instructed that the commemorative pane not be split for individual retail sale. The 100-stamp quantity on this page is a retailer bundle of five complete panes; it is not a separate USPS “pane of 100.” This distinction lets you verify what should arrive and how the total is calculated.

Postage Use

Each genuine, unused stamp remains valid for the current one-ounce First-Class Mail letter rate. As of July 12, 2026, that value is 82 cents per ordinary Forever stamp. Weight, size, shape, rigidity, destination and extra services can require additional postage.

Who This Product Fits

Mailers who want a festive red-and-gold Lunar New Year design.
Small offices or households that can use a 100-stamp supply.
Collectors who prefer complete panes with intact illustrated selvage.

If you need only a small quantity, compare the total count before purchasing. If collecting condition matters, store panes flat, dry and away from heat, direct sunlight and repeated handling.

Buying Checklist

Confirm the 2024 Year of the Dragon issue—not Dungeons & Dragons.
