Castillo de San Marcos was a denominated Priority Mail stamp, and the Mallard item was stamped postal stationery. They are 2021 postal issues but should not be counted as 2021 ordinary Forever stamps.
Why this list contains 24 subjects: We checked Stamp Announcements 21-1 through 21-31 and their corrections, separating seven announcement subjects outside ordinary one-ounce Forever stamps. Mid-Atlantic Lighthouses belongs in this list, not in the Postcard group. Backyard Games used a 16-stamp pane. Individual designs, reprints and retail packs are not counted as additional issue subjects. The official format and the seller’s actual pack quantity must be checked separately.
