How to read the formats
A USPS pane, booklet or coil is the original issue format. A store listing may bundle several intact units to reach a different total. For example, five official booklets of 20 equal 100 stamps. A pane of 15 does not naturally divide into 100, so a retail quantity must state its actual composition instead of implying an official 100-stamp pane.
Which 2025 stamps are not in this Forever directory?
The 1794 Compass Rose Global stamp, Vibrant Leaves Postcard stamps, Spiral Galaxy Priority Mail stamp, Star Cluster Priority Mail Express stamp, Luna Moth Nonmachinable Surcharge stamp, Elie Wiesel Two-Ounce stamp, American Vistas presorted issue, Schooner stamped card and federal duck stamp are valid USPS products, but they are not ordinary First-Class Mail Forever issues. Use each for its labeled rate or purpose.

Are 2025 Forever stamps still valid?
Yes, when genuine, unused and intact. An ordinary 2025 Forever stamp continues to pay the current one-ounce First-Class Mail letter rate. See the validity guide for damaged, used or questionable stamps.
Did every 2025 design come in a book of 20?
No. Formats included panes of 15, 16 or 20, double-sided booklets of 20, a prestige booklet and mail-use coils. Check the row and official announcement for the exact issue.
Is “2025” the same as the current postage value?
No. The year identifies the issue, not a permanent price. Ordinary Forever stamps follow the current one-ounce letter-rate value.
Why are Global and Postcard stamps excluded?
They are rate-linked nondenominated stamps for different mailing tasks. Combining them with ordinary Forever issues would make the directory less precise.
