Postcard Stamp Is Not the Same as Ordinary Forever
An ordinary Forever stamp follows the one-ounce domestic letter rate. A Postcard stamp follows the lower domestic postcard rate. Both can be nondenominated and remain usable after price changes, but the category wording determines the value.
