Description

What the Design Shows

Twelve hearts in red, purple, orange and pink form a cheerful cluster above the word Love in cursive. USPS describes the palette as creating a happy, positive feeling. The vertical composition is graphic rather than botanical: the hearts visually blossom, but the stamp does not depict literal flowers.

Is This the Right Love Stamp?

Choose Hearts Blossom for invitations, save-the-date cards, reply envelopes, anniversaries, Valentine’s mail and affectionate notes.
Expect one repeated design: each official pane contains 20 copies of the same artwork.
Check the year: this is the 2019 heart-cluster design, not the hand-painted 2018 Love Flourishes garden.

Mailing Use

Unused genuine Hearts Blossom stamps remain ordinary Forever postage for the current one-ounce First-Class Mail letter rate. The design and 2019 issue year do not change that category. A heavier, square, rigid, oversized, international or service-enhanced mailpiece can require additional postage. Weigh and measure the completed piece, then use the postage decision guide.

Original Pane and Retail Quantity

USPS issued Hearts Blossom as a pane of 20. The 100-stamp quantity on this page is a retail combination of five panes, not a separate USPS 100-stamp issue format.

What to Check on Receipt

Five panes and 100 total stamps.
The same 12-heart vertical design throughout.
Legible USA, FOREVER and 2019 markings, clean die cuts and intact adhesive backing.
Quantity and condition against the order record before mailing.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many Hearts Blossom designs are in the pane?

One. Each pane contains 20 copies of the same 12-heart design; five panes provide the 100 stamps in this listing.

Are 2019 Hearts Blossom stamps still valid?

Yes. Unused genuine ordinary Forever stamps remain valid for the current one-ounce First-Class Mail letter rate. Add postage when the mailpiece or service requires more.

Does the design show flowers?

No literal flowers appear. The name refers to 12 colorful hearts arranged in a blossom-like cluster above the cursive word Love.

Are these the same as Love Flourishes?

No. Hearts Blossom is the 2019 graphic heart design; Love Flourishes is a separate 2018 floral-garden issue.
