What the Design Shows

The horizontal stamp places the word Love in cursive inside a fanciful flower garden. Anna Bond painted the original art in gouache on paper. Stylized roses, peonies and dahlias use pink, coral and yellow, while pale blue-green berries, gold fronds and leaves fill the surrounding space. The result is floral and celebratory without being tied to one holiday.

Is This the Right Love Stamp?

Choose Love Flourishes for colorful floral wedding invitations, thank-you notes, anniversaries and everyday affectionate correspondence.
Expect one repeated design: unlike a multi-design pane, each stamp in the 2018 issue uses the same artwork.
Check the year: do not confuse this 2018 garden design with the geometric 2019 Hearts Blossom issue.

Mailing Use

Unused genuine Love Flourishes stamps remain ordinary Forever postage for the current one-ounce First-Class Mail letter rate. The 2018 issue year does not reduce their postal value. A heavier, oversized, square, rigid, international or otherwise nonstandard piece may require extra postage; use the postage decision guide for the finished mailpiece.

Original Pane and Retail Quantity

USPS issued Love Flourishes in panes of 20. The 100-stamp quantity on this product page is a retail combination of five original-size panes, not a separate USPS 100-stamp format.

What to Check on Receipt

Five panes and 100 total stamps.
One consistent horizontal floral design across the quantity.
Clean die cuts, intact pressure-sensitive backing and legible USA/FOREVER markings.
Quantity and condition against the order record before mailing.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many Love Flourishes designs are in the set?

One. USPS issued Love Flourishes as one design in a pane of 20, so the 100-stamp listing repeats that design across five panes.

Are 2018 Love Flourishes stamps still valid?

Yes. Unused genuine ordinary Forever stamps remain valid for the current one-ounce First-Class Mail letter rate. Add postage when the mailpiece or service requires more.

Are these the same as 2019 Hearts Blossom stamps?

No. Love Flourishes is the 2018 hand-painted flower-garden issue; Hearts Blossom is a separate 2019 Love-series design.

Does USPS issue an original pack of 100?

The official issue format is a pane of 20. This page combines five panes to provide 100 stamps.
